Created as a tribute to the cherry blossom season in Japan, the resulting flavours are Refreshing Summery Citrus notes with hints of a Spicy Ginger and finished off with a Sweet Floral Cherry Blossom which lingers in the mouth.

Akori Gin is inspired by Japan not only for its name: the basic distillate is made with cereals and above all rice, while some botanicals are particular and sought after, for example the fruit of the dragon and the kumquat. The bottle is also of Japanese inspiration, with the graphics showing the volcano and a bamboo cane.
