1. What’s OleOle’s Return Policy?
As we are dealing with consumables, we will not be offering refunds/exchanges if the seal of the product has been broken. Do take a photo and leave the products untouched if you are in doubt of the quality or have received the wrong item. Our service team will be in contact with you and advice you accordingly.
2. What is the time frame in which a return request can be made?
If the products are untampered with and has been evaluated by our service team, it would take about 5 working days before we proceed in exchange or refund of the item.
1.How do I return my order?
Once the return or refund has been accepted by our service team, we will arrange the pickup of the item or you will be required to swing by to our nearest retail store for the exchange. For more information on our nearest location, visit About Page.
2. How should I pack the items for return?
For any avoidance of doubt, kindly leave the package as per in receiving condition and promptly take a photo upon receiving the package. You may be required to provide metadata of the photo taken including the date, time and location of the photo taken.

Methods of payment available will be shown upon checking out. VISA, Masters, Paypal are all allowed. We are doing our best to onboard more payment alternatives ! :)
2. Will I received a confirmation on whether payment for an order is successful?
You will be receiving an email from the OleOle SG team. In the event if you did not receive the email, do kindly drop us a message or swiftly drop email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. How do I notify OleOle Singapore should there be an unauthorised transaction?
Promptly give your authorised bank a call and followed by reporting the fraudulent transaction with your local authorities. The OleOle SG team will do their best in providing you assistance.
