With the combined expertise and skills of their 20 professional chocolatiers, Pauline's chocolate recipes are all natural, using pure cocoa butter and guaranteed to be lecithin free, palm oil free and gluten free, without any preservatives, dyes or artificial flavour.
Pauline's organic cocoa beans are painstakingly selected for their rich tastes :
• Most of the dark chocolate is made with of a minimum 70% cocoa. This high cocoa content gives it its incomparable taste and preserves all its nutritional qualities, which are beneficial for your health and agreeable for your palate!
• Most of the milk chocolate is made with a minimum 40% cocoa, which makes it less sweet than most other milk chocolates.
