The flavor is dominated by whisky matured in ex-bourbon cask. Few drops of ex-sherry cask whisky give the complex body and finishing. Non-chill filtered whisky is bottled at 46%abv to keep the best aroma and palate. No coloring and caramel added. First notes are refreshing white flower, followed by aromas of cane, vanilla, cream and honey. With the warmer climate in Taiwan, the liquor it brings out the character of malty grain, cedar and angelica sinensis.
Sherry
The flavor of Single malt whisky (Sherry type) provides hints of floral scents. On the pallet, it has ripe banana, biscuit, plum, jam, woody and dark chocolate. The drink is full bodied with hint of caramel, smoky flavour. Typical sherry cask whisky flavor with dried fruits, citrus flavor on the finish.
