WINE-MAKING The grapes are harvested when ripe, destemmed and fermented in tanks at a controlled temperature for 10 to 18 days. The wine is matured in tanks and barrels.
TASTING NOTES It has a deep ruby colour. Fine and elegant with fruity, spicy, vanilla, woody notes. On the palate, the wine is rich and fleshy, with velvet tannins.
PARING Serve with grilled red meat in sauce & cheese.
